Before training with Dan I had been on and off with my training due to pregnancies, lack of time and commitment. I decided to hire Dan as a trainer after my 2nd pregnancy to quickly shed off the weight I had gained and re-tone my muscles. I have been training with Dan for the past 3 months now for 2-3 days during the week.

Since training with Dan I have lost both weight and inches from my body almost immediately. I am also starting to feel stronger and healthier than ever before. I still have a lot of work to do but I feel that I am more positive and in more control of myself than before.

Since training with Dan I feel more strong and confident. I also have more energy when I am with my children, and as a result I have more of myself to give to them.

I have been active and played sports my entire life and was never able to gain the type of weight that I wanted. I have worked out for the past eight years and despite my research and effort I was unable to break through the plateau, an unbeatable hurdle for me—until I started working with you. Working out on the GoFitness program educated me on what I had to do in terms of diet, workout regiment, and discipline to break through my plateau and get the results I've been wanting for the past eight years.
